To make our house cleaning services more efficient, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys and other household items prior to a visit from our housekeeping teams.
Because we clean 24-7 most of our customers aren’t home but the vast majority trust K M Cleaning Services LLC, with the key to their home. For additional security, all house keys are individually coded, cross-referenced and locked in a safe when not in use.
We can’t guarantee what time residential housekeepers will arrive because each home gets the attention it deserves and not a pre-determined amount of time. Still, most homes fall easily into regularly scheduled cleaning time windows between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. If for any reason you require a more precise time of arrival, call the office and we will work with you for a convenient solution if possible.
